I fell out of love!

Pros: Is light-weight and cute, easy to use and helps one to get organized
Cons: One month after buying this is quit working and would not even turn on.

The bottom line: I would not buy another Palm Z22 because it totally crashed and couldn't even be turned on to delete personal information before returning it.

Last year for my birthday I decided to buy myself a gift and since I've always loved new gadgets and organizational tools, I bought a Palm Z22 handheld.

Quickly this little baby become one of my best friends, where I went ... it went with me.

It held my names and addresses, my grocery and Walmart lists, reminders, notes to myself and appointments; yes - it was like having a personal assistant by my side all of the time.

Oh, and it also held my pictures [every grandma loves to have her grandchildren's pictures close at hand, right?!]

Now, to tell you the positive things about the Palm Z22 handheld, it was very easy to use and for people like me who have ADD - the ability to color code categories helped tremendously.

Also it has a wonderful search tool where you can type a word or a name in and then it will show you where those things are stored at, making it easy to find anything at any time.

So - why did I fall out of love with it?

Well, I can't tell you how disappointed I was when I had a doctor's appointment a month after buying my Palm and I decided while I was waiting that I would write some lists out but it would not turn on.

At first I thought that it was the battery but that did not turn out to be the case ... even after charging, nothing happened. Zilch!

In fact I couldn't even get it turned off to get my personal information back off from it before I returned it to the store.

The lesson I learned from that [personal information] is to NEVER put your bank account numbers and so forth on a device that may have to be returned and no way to get it off from there.
