Pros: Small, handy to hold addresses and e-mails.
Cons: Too hard to write things out.
The bottom line: I would not buy this unless you are a simple person and you don't mind lettering in each word or note you want.

My husband bought me this Palm Z22 as a Christmas gift, a year and a half ago. I love that it was so small and functional. The ability of putting all my address and e-mails in there was a huge plus. Its great to be able to just plug it into my home computer and match things to outlook. Having phone numbers on me at all times always came in hand. I also enjoyed that I could take my e-mail address from my home computer and use it while I was at work. My memory is not the best so this feature really won me over.
The to-do list was a function I did not use at first but it became really handy the longer I had the Palm. It was so nice to mark things off as they were done and I never forgot anything. I would even type in my grocery list as I needed things and then at the store it was hard to forget anything.
The calendar was a great aspect because I am so forgetful. Was my appointment at 7:15 or 7:30? Never would I have to ask this question again. I am a huge planner so I knew things months in advance and this way I wouldnt forget. It is great to be able to schedule everything right then and there. I didnt have to say I will have to check my schedule when I get home and I will let you know. This make it so easy that there were never conflicts because I knew and the touch of a button what was happening and when.
The photos, my joy. I love that I am able to add photos onto my Palm and make them as backdrops, identifiers for e-mails and phone numbers, and to just have them there to flip through. It was like a little break with me everywhere I would go.
Birthdays! Who remembers all the birthdays in their lives? I never remember what year my brother was born. Now I can add his birthday under his contact information and it will tell alarm me a certain designated time in advance. So for someone I send a gift to I put a couple week of notice but for another person I just want to call I only have to put a day or two.
The stylus was too hard to actually write notes. That is a negative to a handheld organizer I suppose. When I did sync it to Outlook it would duplicate any items already there. So if I had an appointment already on both calendars, then it would add it again. It got really frustrating because I would have to go back and delete everything it transferred over.
When I moved, we misplaced the charger and ever since then I haven't used it. Its just easier to check my computer. My memory isn't so bad that I forget to see what is going on that day. Its a nice product if you cant seem to remember things.
The alarm is a nice bonus, except when you need to go to a meeting or appointment and want it silent. I always forgot about the alarms and they would start chiming away and it would be disruptive. There is a quick overall mute function but I never could remember what it was and so I would forget.
