Pros: More suction than other vacuums in real use. No filters to clean/replace. Cleans well.
Cons: Weak brush roll design. Slinky style hose collapses due to awesome suction. Somewhat ugly.
The Bottom Line: This vacuum out-sucks other vacuums after picking up dirt. It's easy to dump, has HEPA filtration, and no bags or filters to buy. Everyone who uses it wants one.

Pros: powerful, versatile, nice features, cool engineering, and I like the oddball form factor
Cons: pricey, hose-and-handle assembly is a weak spot, customer support friendly but slow.
The Bottom Line: A major technological advance that's worth the money and will pay for itself over time.
