Pros: beautiful, sleek, easy to use
Cons: camera is weak in darker areas (but it's a phone, not a camera)
The bottom line: Get one if you can afford it!
As a committed Dell fan, I had to swallow my pride a bit when I was gifted an iPhone. Once I turned the phone on, however, I forgot all about my previous allegiences.

Apple has done it - they have made cell phones fun! I have never spent so much time with a single piece of equipment. The interface is simple to learn and easy to use (my 55 year old mom got one too and she was checking her email on the phone within five minutes).

What I love:
- the multiple "pages" of weather (programmable)
- the multiple alarm/clock/timer options
- the synchable calender
- my music on my phone
- the earbuds with a microphone on the cord
- being able to answer the phone without taking the phone out of its case by squeezing a box on the earbud cord
- the easy-to-learn interface and infinite customizable elements
- the increasing number of sites that have iPhone-friendly content (so far I have noticed both Facebook and NBC have different lay-outs when accessed via the internet on the phone that make the pages faster)
- the fact that I can check my email on my phone, even when there is no wireless internet in my area

All in all, this is perhaps the best piece of electronic equipment that I have ever touched.
