Very satisfactory. They always seem to have my required toner cartridges in stock or if not they are able to obtain them very quickly. Goods arrive well packaged and promptly. No complaints and happily recommend them to friends/colleagues.

The web site is easy to use, the products are very fairly priced, I have used Toner Giant several times and have always had excellent service, all items I have ordered have been delivered next day as promised. Delivery was fast. I had a problem with the cartridge being faulty, which the company dealt with extremely quickly, very professionally, and replaced the cartridge without question. the replacement arrived next day, as promised. This is excellent customer service, which I applaud. I have no hesitation in buying from you again, and recommending you to others.

Website was clear and ordering straightforward. Prices slightly cheaper than other shops, and delivery was quick. This was the second time I have used Toner Giant and will no doubt use them again in the future.

Product temporarily out of stock - I was immediately offered a refund which I accepted based on urgency of need. Service was excellent and I will not hesitate to contact Toner Giant again based on this. This survey does not have a section for 'out of stock/order cancelled' and it means I can't give appropriate answers.
