Simple and easy site to shop for skin care products. I wished they stocked Eve Lom cleanser and then i would do all my skin care shopping online.

I placed 2 orders within a matter of hours.The first one arrived within a few days, the second one i have still not received. In my Account History it says that both were despatched. When i emailed Salonskincare, they said i had only placed 1 order. I then copied & pasted the information of the 2 orders, from my Account History on their website, into my email which showed both my orders being despatched. They then replied that the 2nd order was not despatched because there was no Postcode on the order, yet they had delivered the first order with it on. If they had responded to my earlier email where i asked for the 2 orders to be placed together, this would not have been an issue, whereas i received no reply to said email. They also said they could not contact me as i had not left a contact number, but when i rang their contact number, the message said that all correspondence had to come online to save their costs! Also, they had my email address in my Account History and could have contacted me that way. In short, not only have they been incompetent, they then tried to shift the blame for the mix up on to me, which is unacceptable.I conduct a lot of business online and this has been, without doubt, the worst experience so far.

After spending over £60 on my first visit to Salonskincare, i expected a good service. I didn't receive this. the packaging arrived saturated as the member of staff that packed my items hadn't put the lid on properly. So i received a product with less than quarter left in the bottle. The Touch Eclat i received was a present for someone, but i was unable to give them this as the box it came in was damaged and saturated due to the leaking product in my package. After sending a couple of emails, i have not received a satisfactory outcome - and will NOT be shopping with Salonskincare again - or be recomending this company to anyone - in fact i will be warning people from using this website!

Definitely would not use this site again. I ordered 3 Decleor products. 1 full size product and one of the samples included in the pack with another full size product had use-by dates which had already expired. When you call the customer support telephone no given on the website there is simply a recorded message saying that they don't provide telephone support. I returned the 2 products but they have now deducted a 20% restocking fee on one of them.

I paid for next day delivery as i was leaving the country and needed to take this with me. My order was placed before the deadline and my delivery cost was approx six pounds which was a complete waste. Very disappointed. Order was placed Tuesday afternoon for next day delivery and wasn't received until the Friday with no apology or refund.

Purchase process - excellent - BUT see below. Citylink delivery service - TOTALLY unaccepteble. I do not believe they even tried to make a delivery. I received NO reply to 2 emails to them and their phone was continually engaged. By email I gave VERY clear directions to my property and I was ALWAYS at home. INEXCUSABLE. I was disappointed that "saloncare" did not wish to become involved after purchase. When I emailed them to explain the position of non-receipt - AFTER PROMISE ON WEBSITE OF NEXT DAY DELIVERY -they told ME to phone Citylink, obviously they couldn't be bothered to become involved on behalf of the customer. I am SO disappointed.

Goods have not arrived as courier company left them on my door step without notifying me ! Despite numerous emails to salonskincare they have passed the blame onto Citylink couriers and have no intention of assisting me with the dispute. I will not be purchasing any further items from salonskincare.

Didnt get my free gifts from promo so emailed them twice, faxed once, tried to call but you cant speak to someone or leave a message and I have written. Salonskincare obviously do not want their customers to communicate with them and they certainly do not want to respond to customer queries.

Ordering the products online was a pleasant experiance.As far as receiving the goods I haven't.I used the tracking facility for Citylink which told me the goods had been delivered,they haven't.When emailing customer services I was old there was nothing they could do.I have spent £60 on nothing.I would never use the site again and certainly would'nt reccomend it to anyone else.

Failed to deliver and then tried to charge me to re-deliver. Then when I requested a refund, was told it would be minus delivery charge - but it was never delivered!!

I have yet to receive the products ordered. The courier company has been unable to advise when to expect delivery. Salonskincare is only contactable by email. I am still awaiting a response from Salonskincare to numerous emails. I will not recommend this site to friends. Nor will I purchase products again.

Website easy to use. Products good, I've used them in the past but I won't use you again as Royal Mail is the deliverer. I still haven't received my order!!

Twice I have ordered from Salonskincare.com and on both occasions they have messed up the delivery by sending the parcel to the wrong Citylink depot(Maidstone instead of Beckenham). Unfortunately the second time, the parcel was a present for a relative and I had to drive a 50 mile round trip to collect the parcel from Citylinks depot in Maidstone, in order to give the present to my relative on time. I emailed Salonskincare but they didn't respond and when I rang then to complain their sales person was fairly unphased and woefully unapologetic. He did say sorry once but explained that the items were already at a discounted price so that should be enough compensation for me! I said that I had no intention of using his company again and that I will be passing on my bad experience to fellow members of an internet forum with over 50 000 members. Again he didn't appear too bothered. As I said to him at the time, there is plenty of other internet companies where I can buy similar goods next time. I wasn't seeking great compensation but was very annoyed and frustrated at such a poor level of customer service, especially given the problems I encountered...twice!

One of the two products I purchased was described incorrectly on the website so I ordered the wrong product. I had to e-mail them numerous times to correct the problem -and it still ended up costing me to return the product due to their mistake. I most certainly will not shop at salonskincare again.

If a product is out of order, its NOT ok to draw my money in my bank and then AFTERWARDS ask me in a ambiguous mail, what I want... Be sure, that I can get, what I want before drawing my money!! It would be nice, if this "out of order" stands on the website (clarification) instead of all these mails which is VERY difficult to understand and very frustrating. Salonskincare had my money for 5 days before sending the products- that's NOT ok! Maybe I will shop there again - if they become better!! The products are good!

On speaking to the customer service dept they put the phone down on me. I was not rude at the person at all but thought that 5.00 return charge was unacceptable. These were in the terms and conditions however, I thought that this might be wavered by the fact that I had spent over 200.00. I would not recommend to anyone as the person was extremely rude!!!

I DID NOT RECIEVE MY GOODS. I WAS TOLD THE PACKAGE WAS LEFT SAFE AND WHEN I ASKED WHERE WAS IT LEFT SAFE THERE WERE NO ANSWERS GIVEN. I WAS TOLD THAT IT WAS MY FAULT AND THEY WOULD FOLLOW UP WITH THE DELIVER COMPANY. I WAS NOT INFORMED WHAT WAS HAPPENING I HAD TO EMAIL MYSELF TO FOOLOW UP ON WHAT WAS BEING DONE

I was extremly disappointed with the response by Salonskincare regarding the delay in the delivery of the product. Salonskincare got the post code wrong and whilst I realise misktake can be made - I found it rude that I got NO response or help to my complaints. I will shop again with Salonskincare but if this kind of problem happens again I will look elsewhere as you do not shop on the internet expecting this kind of inconvenience. Regards Mandy Inness

The delivery has not happened - the courier they use only delivers Monday to Friday (when at work) and I was not advised that there was an alternative delivery location option. The goods were taken to their nearest depot which is a 70 mile round trip. They were less than supportive when I requested alternatives. Net result is that they have my money and I do not have the goods. Have had no reply to an email I sent to them 3 days proposing solutions.
