There was a problem with their software conserning credit details but that my order was packed awaiting dispatch after i rang their customer services to reissue visa info. This i did but already one t shirt out of order so obviously goods not packed!Kitbag's email obviouly not truthful.They admit fault was their's.Also their emails are registing high risk on my computer.Also not received goods yet so really can not comment on condition
