Although I am a very experienced web user and shop online a lot, I was slightly uneasy about using Pixmania as they are not based in the UK and there are some negative comments in customer reviews - more than I would expect as a matter of course. However, I cannot fault either the service or the product received. I still wonder how I would have fared if I'd needed to return the product, however. Bottom line - I would use them again.

Website was easy to use. Camera arrived promtly and well wrapped. Camera case was missing. E-mailed customer service, received 2 e-mails since but not yet received case - 8 days have passed.

(a) flat screen tele (b) problems arose with my credit card (the first time in my life) and it was difficult to deal with. I was asked for sensitive details even a photo id. My first phone call was to foreign person who I could not understand. I was about to give up on the order and phoned again and a chap called adrian saved the day and the tele was sent the next day.Tt took about two weeks to obtain my order. I believe that if something is wrong, the company has difficulties

Manual came in French, but english version was included on accompanying CD - this was described as a possibility in the product description. Overall a great product at a great price.

It was cheap for this product and it did what it said. Not good not bad but a reliable web retailer. If the product was cheaper elsewhere, I would have gone elsewhere

Goods not received - lost in post and - supposed to have been deliverd by Post Office and I suppose I will have to pursue the Post Office. Referred by pixmania to supplier and the supplier told me the cable had been delivered, somebody in the supply chain should take responsibilty for the poor service of it. Regards, Bob Stott

When trying to place initially the order for a Maxtor OneTouch4Mini I had problems with the appearance of non-requested items. Afterwards all was fine and my order arrived on time and in good condition. I was surprised when I was told that I did not have to sign a delivery receipt. Upon opening the package and looking at the instructions I was disappointed with the ambiguous instruction on how to connect it. I may decide to write to the manufacturer. I do no know who is the selected merchant.

I purchased a SONY DSC-W170 Cyber-shot Camera. Delivery was as promised, and I cannot fault this service. This was my second purchase from Pixmania, and I hope to use Pixmania again.
