ordered shed13/09/2007,after 5 days istill can,t get confirmation of delivery.the company does,nt reply to e.mails. and on the phone you are kept on hold and no one answers your call.this is the first time i have bought on line and the last.

Along the lines of the previous review. Money taken straight away; no responses to emails after 3 week wait; finally (30 mins on hold) told that item was neither in stock nor showed any signs of arriving. Then had to "email the cancellations department" as customer services couldn't issue a refund over the phone (odd that given they can TAKE your money over the phone). Am resigned to either not getting my money back... Truly taking the "service" out of "customer service"

Having placed my order and paid for it 5 weeks ago I am still waiting to receive it. The delivery line only appears to take calls at 9am and I was held in a queue so long that the battery on my phone ran out. The rest of the time you receive an engaged tone. Having contacted the online customer service I was told that I could only arrange delivery by calling the delivery team. This is by far the worst online service I have received and not an experience I care to repeat.

Great company to deal with. Free delivery arrive within 4 days instead of 5. Product was of very high quality especially consiering such a low price!

Would recomend this website to order a shed. I just got one to put my tools in as I am a keen gardener. The shed arrived, just like it looked like on the web site. Was easy to build and was up in no time really pleased.

After several years of shopping online I have never had such disgusting service. This company should be avoided at all costs! Money for Yardmaster shed taken 6/4/04 by Garden Buildings Direct. After phone calls and emails told by Yardmaster that the shed had left them on 30/04/04 and was with their couriers, Deadline Couriers,(note the name). So far the courier has after repeated calls from Yardmaster given me 2 different days of delivery including today. It is now 1708hrs 17/05/04 and still no delivery. Nothing more can be added to these comments as they speak for themselves.
